Do people smoke in the restaurant?

Smoking is allowed in the bar area, not the restaurant area.....However, while we were there, I didn't see anyone smoking at all....

Only 21 and over.

Do they deliver?

Nope, they have a carryout side for pizza and the menu, but do not deliver

Is restaurant open at 11:30 am on Thursdays?

Yes Rosemary, we actually open at 11am.
